_{I wonder if anyone really reads deviation descriptions anymore. I guess we can do an experiment to find out! I'd like to do a giveaway; I've never done one before and I think it might be fun! so, if you really like this card piece, please add it to your +favorites and leave a comment with your favorite sea creature (ie. jellyfish...or kelpies!) and when my dA profile hits 44,444 page-views, I'll do a random selection to pick a winner! there probably won't be many participants so the chances will be quite high for those select few (no one really reads descriptions anymore anyway, right? I'm going to make this a super dense paragraph just to reward those who do read this, haha); I'd rather have my art go to a nice home than go with someone who just likes to win anything that's free... anyhoo! there will be five giveaways: one for each 9 of the four suites, and also the back of the card. you can participate in all giveaways! for the 9's, it's the same process: just +fave the piece and comment below the deviation with your favorite sea critter (so, if you wanted to try winning all four, you would add four +faves and leave four comments, one at each deviation). to win the back of the card, you just have to catch my 44,444th dA profile pageview (you can take a screenshot if you catch it, submit it as a scrap in your dA gallery, tell me, and delete it after I've seen it...or something). oh yeah, and I should say the prizes: they will be respective prints of the card images you win. all prints will be double-sided: the suite 9's will have the card back printed on back (like an actual playing card) and for the back of card it will be on both sides. I expect the prints to be 4" x 6" with a printer border (I think it's a 0.125" margin...); I'll trim it off neatly for you and ship it to you for free (yes, international too!).
